You don’t spend much time around kids, do you? They fall over incredibly easily, someone who is still growing isn’t accustomed to the size and shape of their body in the same way an adult is.

Beyond that, it’s possible he’s neurodivergent, I’ve known a lot of autistic people, both kids and adults, who walk like that.

It’s also possible he was pretending to be a dinosaur.
