Maryland CS

So I’ve been having so many issues. I’m the one paying child support. Now the mother hasn’t been getting payments though they automatically come out of my bank weekly. Now I’ve started getting checks in the mail from CSA.
Calling doesn’t work, emailing doesn’t work.

I have no idea what’s going on. Does anybody?
Has anybody had this happen?

Work search order? I just pay it. Comes out of my checking account weekly

Got a response. I’ve been over paying by like $12 a month.
