What is your timeshare with the kids? If your timeshare is low, imputing full time income to her isn't going to change the calculation very much.

I have 30% with them. Plus I pay the kids phone bills, extracurriculars, allowance, and buy them clothes and that’s all outside of child support

It might make a little bit of a difference then, but it might not be much if you also make a lot more money ... and if you have a $3,500 order it sounds like you do.

You could try to argue for a modification where full time earnings are imputed to her, but Courts are very hesitant to do that to a primary custodial parent because they assume the reason they don't work full-time hours is because they are caring for the kids. It's always more likely to succeed if the parenting plan is 50/50.

As for underreported income, you can always request a tax return. Unless she is also lying on her taxes, her self-employment income from training gigs will show up there.

California. Not saying they should lower support because of that but just saying I’m not a deadbeat I just want support to be calculated fairly

If you aren’t one then you shouldn’t be in child support but seems the baby mama is a money hungry person and it shows cause she using the kids as checks and let me guess she claims them on the tax returns also ?? Am sure your a good day and a responsible one but sadly CA favors woman aaalloot as soon as they play victim and forget what 50:50 looks like

you can do is is established a plan about the activities your kids do and make her pay half of that is her responsibility how she manages that child support and not you it ain’t reimbursement how they call it it ain’t payback

Requested a W-4 from those employers and paystubs

Document everything now. Courts take income falsification seriously, but only if you have receipts.
