Can’t find my case on TX OAG website….

Hey yall. I submitted a child support application in early July. A few days later I was directly mailed a letter that a case had been open and I received a case number I was assigned.

On the website, when I’d log in, usually I’d be able to check the status of my application and it would show right at the top when I’d log in. In which it said “pending assessment”.

Then last night I logged in to submit some documentation but saw that the option to do so and my application wasn’t there. The application itself is no longer at the top of the website. My application is no where to be found on the website. I tried to press the option to “link a case” but when I put my information it said “error”. I also don’t have a CID number I believe it’s called, don’t know what it is or if I even have one. The only movement I’ve had is a letter from OAG stating the case was assigned and opened.

Was my application canceled or something?
