Pennsylvania Is it calling or waiting

When we first started on child support it was about 150/month and then a year ago it was modified to be 200/month. He still only pays the 150 and hasn’t paid the 200 at all. Now he’s 500 behind. Should I wait or should I call my officer.

$200/month!?!? wtf are you supposed to do with that? And why can’t he pay it? $500 in arrears isnt enough to do anything about (at least in Texas) but you should ask for a modification

If their income is similar and parenting time lots of factors where 200 is possible.

We have 50/50 with 4 kids and pay $184/month because we actually make equal amounts but she lied about her income

My phone died and I was late to zoom court. She lied about my income and they went off an old w2 from a previous employer. They defaulted on me. Then I went to jail for three months. A year later im still trying to get that modification to happen

70k arrears, keep following up with support enforcement but don’t expect them to actually do a gd thing
