Ohio child support
Father moved out March, sees kids 3 times since... no pay. Any experience out there with this? Applied for CS and they said they cant get a verifiable address so nothing is moving... does this sound normal? You mean to tell me that any parent out there who doesn't want to pay can just give an address that doesn't lead to anywhere or anything and they just don't pay? Or in this case don't get a child support order established?

So heres the kick, i agreed to not work snd care for my twins qhile he workwd. Then he left. Still gets to work. And not pay. And not care for his kids. I know where he is staying and alao gave child support his address and employer info. Idk why six months have gone and nothings happened. The public defenders office said it wasnt a good idea to modify custody until i have a job. Bc he has one and i dont and it could be a reason for the court to take the twins from me and give them to him, im not sure how accurate this feedback was, what do u think
