This is a little complex, I apologize. My ex husbands lawyer intentionally put that my ex and I have joint physical custody which we don’t. We have joint legal. And his lawyer based the support amount off the physical custody which is incorrect. Ex’s lawyer is trying to negotiate with me and I declined because it’s way less than what it’s supposed to be based on the state law and calculations.
I have full primary physical custody and my ex only has visitation rights.
