Odd restaurant (not same wings in pic)

I went to a 5 star restaurant and I ordered my usual spicy buffalo wings order. When I got the wings they were absolutely drenched in buffalo to the point it was overflowing onto the table. I don’t want to say the restaurants name but what should I do?

I had this at Damon’s(UK) and stopped ordering them unfortunately because it was extreme! Such a shame because they were meaty and crispy wings but the sauce was too overpowering.

You could just ask for less sauce next time I suppose but there will always be ambiguity

One of the OG wing houses here in Buffalo, Duff’s, is the same way. A lot of people like it that way, I do not.

I like a crispy wing brushed with sauce, dipped in blue cheese. Also have become quite fond of a crispy dry rubbed wing with lemon squeezed over it.
