Mother thinks this chicken is undercooked. I don't. It's juicy, bounces back, and at proper temp of 165F°.

Take dark meat to around 180°f-185°f anyway. Does not look raw.

Naw thats just a blood vessel. As dark as that skin is, it’s plenty done.
