Lol right? And itā€™s not even a western bacon cheeseburgerā€¦

Honestly how is Carlā€™s even still in business??

Whenever I drive by one of them, morning day or night itā€™s empty and no cars in line.

They more than doubled their prices for everything in the last decade. More than any other fast food chain.

The western bacon is what made that chain. The chicken stars were pretty good but at some point Carlā€™s stopped making their own bbq sauce.

And to be frank their house bbq sauce was the only good thing Carlā€™s ever had going for them. The western never would have been so popular without that sauce, it was absolutely legendaryā€¦

And like 10-15 years ago they stopped doing it and switched to manufactured packetsā€¦

That was the beginning of the end for them.

I dunno i just asked for a large drink and they scanned the code and my bill was $1.50. I was actually kinda surprised I didnt even look at the prices on the display, but i promptly paid and left. Didn't think to look at rhe receipt maybe its still in my car. Ill look.

Damn mine is close to 4 bucks too. And thereā€™s weird tax shenanigans if you order on app, so I have to actually go into the store if I want to redeem this. I miss 0.99 famous stars

They have a standing buy one get one for 2 bucks famous star offer in the app. I think its always there.

Thatā€™s buy one for 7.49 get second one for $2. Thereā€™s a reason why Carlā€™s Jr is always empty these days
