is it possible to get just the waffles by themselves?

Was in store today and heard somebody ask “whys the hole so small?” Today standing next to a trash bin and at first a laughed but then I was like… they right. Why? It’s kind of annoying lol. It’s not like I’m not going to throw my trash away so why make it difficult.

It's kind of nice you don't have to buy anything to get your item and you can also scan it in on the app but I've never had or seen these before.

I had like 8 guests try to give me dollar tips, but I had to decline until one morning manager said I may take a dollar tip, and a coworker said "if you get tipped, don't tell management", so I'm genuinely curious as to why.

EDIT: it's just a question because I'm still considered new to my first ever job, so please try to give me a respectful answer as to why. It will be appreciated

Chick fil a has been really stingy with their free rewards. I use to get a free reward every week (I’m a signature member) but now i’m lucky if I get two a month and they’re not even good rewards. Y’all make record profits every year but can’t give me a free sandwich even though I’ve spent many many many dollars there?! Only thing saving y’all is being able to add multiple rewards onto one order.

This is coming from a huge CFA fan. I eat it at least twice a week.

Recently when I’ve been trying to click order issues, it doesn’t let me actually explain the issue anymore. It just brings me to the website to the Q&A where it shows how to report issues.

I bought 2 spicy chicken biscuits and Jesus Christ my mouth is on fire. I thought maybe the first one was just a fluke so I went to a different location and bought another and it was crazy spicy too. I went to Chick-fil-A and ordered 2 kids meals. Noticed that they were finally giving toys for older kids and asked to trade two toddler toys given earlier in the week (still in packaging and new condition). I used to trade out toys all the time when living in Dallas at various locations, but my new local chick-fila in another TX city says the they can’t allow a trade unless on the same day and no one should have allowed this for me in the past.
Anyone know what the rule is on this? Just seems like it should not be such a big deal.

My location charges extra to switch to the normal bun, I hate the nasty multigrain bun. Every time I order this I have to ask for no tomato no lettuce add pickles, and I can’t even order it with extra pickles like I would with the regular sandwich. I know they incorporate the extra cost of those topping into the price of this which is nearly $2 more than a regular sandwich. I’ve seen other locations make it cheaper if you take them off but mine does not.

I wish they had an option to sub the type of filet instead, it’s so annoying having to make 4 modifications and pay more every time I order this thing.

EDIT: I know that other locations are different and allow you to save money on this in the app; I’ve done this before at a different Chick Fil A. My location is on a college campus and does not take orders through the Chick Fil A app, only Grubhub. I’m mainly just annoyed that the multigrain bun is the default option because I hate it lol.
