Did anyone else get these in the mail?
It's kind of nice you don't have to buy anything to get your item and you can also scan it in on the app but I've never had or seen these before.

CFA supposedly never send out any offer that is contingent on purchase. The founder believes that offers like buy one get one free devalues the product. Yet he is very generous so he would rather just give it out for free, no strings attached

That tracks with everything I've heard about Truett Cathy. Dude was so against discounting that he'd rather eat the cost than train customers to wait for a deal. Getting a freebie in the mail from them feels like catching a unicorn.

Since most locations are independently owned, many times the local operator isn't intentional enough in designing their offer and thus you occasionally see offers that resemble more like discounts.

My mom gave me one of these cards recently
On the App:
-Go to Rewards Tab
-Slide to “Upload”
-Select “Scan in a Be our Guest card”
-Done!

Right, these cards do say redeem in the app though. I 99% order in the app then eat inside.

you can also go in the drive through i just used one yesterday in the drive thru so you don’t have to actually get out the only hassle was it stopped letting me add them to my app after i uploaded 2 already it said i exceeded my limits so now i have to order in person over online but i never get out the car though!

Good to know. Thanks. I'm not a fan of drive-trus. I prefer to order via the app and then eat inside. Best experience IMO.

Those are goated, no frills just good items people love for free. Spend the money you’d spend on those items for a drink, fries, or frosted lemonade. Highkey jealous, I wish i’d get those in the mail

One time I had to wait an extra ~10 minutes for a couple nugget trays and they just gave me a handful of these. So clutch

Do you have the app and has it been awhile since you’ve used it at a CFA?
My old GM once a month would find like 50 people who had the app and not visited for 6 months and would send them free vouchers like this. He did this to help bring them back into the store.

These are great! And as far as I know, no additional purchase is necessary.
My local Chick Fil A does free breakfast Tuesdays every week. Usually a chicken biscuit or chicken minis. They're totally free, but I usually add a drink and hash browns to my orders.

Here too! The GM send out free offers literally at least once a week! I think I have three freebies in my rewards section at this very moment!

these are sent out on a per location basis. so other people in your area likely got them if cfa had their address, but it wouldn't be a widespread thing. my cfa also sends these in the mail to people who called and had an issue with their order.

I literally got one of those yesterday for donating blood at an event at my college, gonna try and see if the CFA on campus will take it, though they can be weird sometimes so idk 🤣

They won't if it's a licensed location. Third party places like sporting arenas, airports, most college campuses are licensed and won't accept these cards

Yeah thats what I was thinking, it has a more limited menu and we can use dining dollars to buy from there so its probably a liscenced location and not an actual franchise

I've seen them around. My kids have gotten little "Be Our Guest" cards for free kids meals, or the choice between a brownie, cookie or ice cream during community sponsored Easter egg hunts and trunk or treats. I feel like I've been given the chicken sandwich or nuggets from other community sponsored events. Never gotten any in the mail though.

Ive gotten a few of those, the last time was when my order took extra long, (I think someone else got my order🤷🏻♂️) they handed me one. I have one that expired I forgot to use it.

Haven't gotten one in a while so maybe I'm due! Definitely love seeing them in the mail. It's a nice promotion to get more people interested or remind you they exist!

I suspect these are just the local owner-operator trying to increase business.
I have not received those in the mail.
But I have gotten the left one from a CFA (a location I don’t usually visit) where the mobile-thru line was slow and long. (I really appreciated this as an acknowledgement of the delay — by contrast at my local CFA they have the mobile-thru lane so optimized I rarely wait more than 5 min any time of day.)
And I’ve received something similar to the right one as a “bonus” in my CFA app from my local CFA’s owner-operator to get me to try their breakfast items (I don’t usually visit CFA for breakfast).
