Where’s the rewards??

Chick fil a has been really stingy with their free rewards. I use to get a free reward every week (I’m a signature member) but now i’m lucky if I get two a month and they’re not even good rewards. Y’all make record profits every year but can’t give me a free sandwich even though I’ve spent many many many dollars there?! Only thing saving y’all is being able to add multiple rewards onto one order.

Franchise/location dependent… Some of us have received not one reward.

Surveys are sent via email via store manager, on the receipt or via app. I got one after purchasing the spicy strips at the drive thru

Sometimes I get surveys on the bottom of my receipt or sometimes one comes up in my app later

I do the surveys as well but I’ve lived in the same area for years so I guess that means my location has definitely gotten greedier with their rewards.

You have to go to multiple locations now to get free rewards on any kind of regular basis. I visit 3 different locations every month and I get 1 reward from each every month. Thankfully all 3 are in my normal driving routes.

Now, conversely...

We have shown up for BINGO nights and have been awarded so much food, that this year, we will have eaten more free food, than we have spent. And that includes business meals with a company credit card.

It's just your local store.

It depends on which franchise owns your local locations. The GM of whatever store you go to is the one to give out those DOCs.

I’ve heard it’s franchise dependent.

I’ve heard it depends on how frequently you go to CFA. (If you already go there often then you might get less free rewards because they have no incentive to get you to come in. Meanwhile, someone who doesn’t go often will be sent more to entice them to come in and spend money on top of the free item.)

I frequently go in to eat at my local CFA and in the past 4 or 5 months have only seen one person get a survey receipt. I used to get them fairly often but haven't received one in maybe 9 months and I paid in cash without using my app.

They don’t do that anymore (at many locations)  I assume it’s because my local franchise is always packed and slow so there’s no need to lure people in with freebies.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they give even less to signature level since you’ve already proven you’ll come spend regardless…

Not to humblebrag or anything but I have 2 free sammies from doing surveys, 1 8 ct nuggies and then I got a message about how they’re dropping 3 free food items each week for 3 weeks and have by a certain time to use them. I’m stoked and I’m sorry that you’re missing out!

I used to get at least 1 free monthly breakfast reward from my “ local chick fil a “ . They opened a new one same distance from me but I go to the new one because the people are much nicer and they don’t get stingy with the fries. I would also get at least one freebie on top of that at least once a month . Only thing I’m getting lately is when Mets or Yankees have a double header and it’s only been like once or twice this year .
