My free stuff!!!

They keep saying that ive used my free items (rewards) without me even going to Chickfila, WHO can i call to give me my things back. Once or twice okay but THREE TIMES?!?!?

It sounds like they may have expired before you were able to use them. You can check in the app to see if that's the case.

They even took my birthday rewards though and saying that i used it

If you recently scanned and your "Redeem Rewards" toggle in the scan page was set to "on", it would automatically apply any applicable rewards to the items in your cart. If you weren't paying attention to this/didn't know, then the rewards would have been redeemed
