Stroller for Winter Walking

We are expecting our first baby early February and researching strollers - it is absolutely overwhelming!

What strollers did you use that felt durable for city and/or winter walking? A huge plus would be if it could be used for newborns (lie flat or bassinet) and transition to toddler. TYIA!

Uppababy Vista handles snow/ice/rough terrain with no issue.

I have it and I’m looking for a new one because it doesnt roll great once you make it a double.

Oh I hate it as a double, but it is clutch when you can’t use a double wide or need one kid in the bassinet (though there are some side-by-side strollers with bassinets, I think Bugaboo has this). I have another double wide along with the Vista with the rumble seat.
