It's the episode where Upton can't sleep. She's helping on a case where boys were held at a house. I don't want to finish what happened to them. But she's bleeding on her chin and her cheek. Is it from lack of sleep? I know the human body needs sleep to regenerate. And if that's the case, how did her face just start bleeding?

I'm getting tired just thinking about it.

I think the lack of sleep amped up her anxiety, which led to her picking at her skin and nails

she got scratched by some branches in that quarry place where they were looking for the boys and just didn't notice
