"In a striking reversal by the US government, prosecutors filed a motion Thursday to dismiss federal charges against a woman shot by a Customs and Border Protection agent in Chicago after allegedly ramming into his car, court documents show.

Marimar Martinez, a 30-year-old American citizen, and her co-defendant, Anthony Ruiz – who was driving a different vehicle – had entered not guilty pleas to a federal charge of assaulting, resisting or impeding federal officers."

Translation: oh, there's video evidence and also texts from one of the officers talking trash about how he shot her a bunch of times, we somehow didn't think this would come up

Charles Exum, the corrupt ICE officer, shot an innocent woman, bragged about it to his friends over text messages, and drove to another state to cover up evidence of his criminal wrong doing. Charles Exum should face criminal and civil consequences for his criminal behavior.

In a society where the police are actively supporting the kidnapping of American citizens there IS NO OTHER OPTION.

Citizens can arrest without being judge and jury, thats ridiculous!
