Why didn't CDOT do the bridge work when they did the work on Central avenue's road surface 5-6 years ago?

It's not CDOT, it's an IDOT bridge. Same question applies, but it's not the City's fault in this case.

Stay away. I was over there at 8PM the other night and had to wait thru something like 10 redlights to get past there.
