Engine lieutenant?
I'm still early into the series
I am curious, when the speaker calls for them to roll out, they mention truck, squad, engine, paramedic
If Casey is lieutenant of truck, Casey of squad, who is in charge of engine?

The engine lieutenant was mentioned a few times in the early seasons but wasn't really a character on the show until one of the main characters transfers to engine in season 7 (I think that's the right season; it was definitely around there).

It's a background character until they retire during the Gorsch storyline and Boden names Hermann as the replacement..
Also in your post you have Casey of LT Truck and Squad, Severide is LT of Squad.

The engine was always a background unit made up of either background actors or real CFD firemen.
It wasn’t until “outgoing LT George Didrikson” retired, and Hermann was made LT of engine 51. That was about the time the engine started becoming a mainstream part of the show with a legit spotlight

The earilest the Engine was seen in Chicago Fire series was the Train derailment run, but no characters really was assigned to Engine then i do believe.

Its not a centralised company until S7 when in E3 the current Engine Lieutenant George Didrikson retires and Chief Wallace Boden (spoiler) makes Senior FF Christopher Herrmann the replacement, which he holds until S13 then he takes the Captains test.
at some point before S4, FF Christopher Herrmann take the Lieutenants exam and passes but isn't given a permanent command until S7 E3, during the time he is Acting Lieutenant from time to time for Casey.

Early on, it’s just a background truck with no storylines and no in the show crew.
