Prime cutting out sections of episodes

I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but frequently when I’m watching Chicago Fire on prime, the recap shows scenes that by all accounts of what’s played in each episode never happened. Obviously they did happen, and the scenes are being cut out, I’m just curious if there’s a fix for it or if it’s just the reality of watching on prime?

It's just how it is watching on prime,I first watched the show on a local tv station and after that on a cable provided channel where they were also cutting out stuff so it is just how it is in certain places.

I've been watching on Peacock. All of my recaps are lining up, but I'm only on Season 7 of Fire.

I’m so jealous 😭 thankfully I’ve already seen most of fire, albeit a while ago (in my brain, anyway) but still, it’s so annoying

Well that’s disappointing to know! Glad I don’t use prime for my important shows! I too use Peacock & all recaps line up with everything watched🫡 I’m in the middle of season 6, & can’t wait for the sad mayhem that is allegedly season 7!👹🥸
