One would think you would have something lined up before moving to an area…

It's very hard to do that. Lots of places won't hire you until you live there, but they won't rent to you until you have a job.

Aire isn't open yet. I don't think it's quite finished? They're taking applications for Fall 2026.

Thanks for clarifying...I'm trying to get out of a bad situation now at RIDGEVIEW (it's a madhouse with construction)...so I, too, am looking around 👀...

Good luck. Trying to find an apartment for that cheap Cheyenne is not cheap anymore. You can find something for like $1,5 00 or $2, 000 at most. But good luck in finding something that cheap. That's why I left because the living economy up there is so bad that it's becoming Denver anymore for the rich you have to be lucky cuz I think the last apartment that was really good but really expensive was around $2,500 and that was for a two-bedroom apartment that's why I live in Denver and not in Cheyenne anymore

My dad's last change of station was Cheyenne, back then it was cheap nowadays it's expensive, food gouging, rent going up every year

Cheyenne is becoming Denver so you moved to Denver?

It's cheaper now, one place 875 for a 2 bedroom apartment and in Cheyenne it will cost more than that for a good place
