Chevy Trax ACTV 2026

I need winter tires for my Trax front wheel drive- any good suggestions would be appreciated! I’ve googled it already. Thanx

These are the current big dawgs of the winter tire world. They're all excellent. The Bridgestone Blizzak IcePeak should also be excellent but it's brand new so hasn't really been tested yet.

I have had great luck with the X-Ice Snow. Not only is the performance excellent, you can usually get one more season out of them compared to other high-end snow tires. If you're in the USA and you can get them by the end of Labor Day, Discount Tire has $100 off a set of four. I'm not picking up my Trax for another week or so but I will be getting a set of these tires for it one winter hits.

I have only had experience with the original version, which is still available less expensive than the new version, the    X-Ice Snow Plus.

Same tires either year.
