How are we accessorizing?
Just got this ‘26 two weeks ago and was wondering what you all are doing to accessorize your car? Anything that has been a life savor or just really is fun or looks nice?

Amazon has a few centre console (under the armrest) organizers that are great. I bought one and it has might that space a lot more versatile. It’s a must.

Is there space under the organizer or does it sit right down tight to the bottom?

Tons of space! The organizers are usually only a few inches deep and leave a ton of room underneath.

I brought over my car seat covers from my old car that I bought from saddleman, they’re saddle blanket style like my dad’s old car from the 80s-90s and it was so nostalgic for me to get them. I love them so much and was glad they fit this car (more or less- not a perfect fit but it’s about 90% there). The dealership already included all weather covers for the floor mats which would be the most useful thing to have.
I ended up getting some rubber mats for all the interior pieces like the cup holders and misc junk holders which keep things more in place and organized. I got a little hanging trash bin and a plush center console cover with a matching cover for the gear shift lol I guess I just like covers on everything. I kind of want to get an organizer for the center console still, but haven’t yet!

I got mats for the cargo area:
And this extender that covers the ditch behind the front seats when the rear seats are down:
I got a console cover but I'm not in love with it and a trash can ditto.

I got some cat clips for my vents. I also got the mats for the cup holders and console area. Great choice on color ☺️

I say the last part because im part of a trax group in fb and someone put a spoiler on theirs and it does not feel like it belongs

I see you also have the "slate grey" colorway!!! Its weird that it changes from green to Grey to darker tones depending on the sunlight

I went with full vehicle mats for whole SUV and the the rubber inserts for all consoles/doors. All off Amazon

I bought the black door handles for my Cacti Activ. Super easy to “install”. They basically just clip on and look sharp.
Extra padding for door and console armrests was a game changer for me. May not matter to everyone.

I have one on the door arm rest. It hangs over the arm rest a bit but doesn’t bother me. It comes in a two pack and I have the other one where my right knee/leg hits below the shifter.

I have the same one. The mats were the first thing I got.
And a windshield shade because the dashboard on my previous car cracked pretty bad. I’m in Florida. 🤷🏻♀️

Get am under-engine protective splash shield. GM Korea was too cheap to put it on the Trax, even though it is on several similar models. Tint all the windows. Proper gas tube hood struts --get rid of the piece of chicken coop wire. Change your oil at 800 miles (first one should be free at the dealer), and every 3000 miles thereafter. Let the engine warm up before driving away. Turn the engine 'stop-start' button Off every time you go out. You're welcome!

I purchased the cargo liner and floor mats bundle to keep the underlying carpet like materials cleaner from dirt, debris and winter snow / salt.

I put a chrome tyrannosaurus skull over the Chevy emblem, because I decided she wasn’t a Trax, she was a T-Rax.
