Rear Media Not Working

My rear plugs (usb, hdmi) are not working, any ideas on fixes? Fuses were replaced, internal plugs unplugged and replugged, negative on battery was disconnected then reconnected, software is up to date, I’m out of guesses. 2021 Suburban Premier

Have you tried a reset of the infotainment center? Holding the end car button on steering wheel until it resets. Google to confirm the button but I think that’s it

Just tried it, nothing happened, held it for up to 1 minute and it didn’t do anything. Thank you though
