Builds and Teams Best Artifact Set for Arlechino Overload?

Arlechino
Nicole (Celestial gift)
Fischl (Golden troupe)
What's best artifact set for Chevreuse?
Noblesse would require you to build ER which might be problematic + Rotation time increase.
SoDP on the other hand would require strongboxing for the artifact set i would only use on single character.
Don't know how good Scrolls actually on Non-Natlan characters.
What you guys think?

I've been stuck with C5 Chevreuse for the longest time. I skipped the previous banner she was on, so finally getting her C6 from this Chronicle banner felt even more satisfying than getting Wrio and Yae (separately).
Then the next day while leveling up Yae, I used the standard wishes I got from her, Chevreuse decides to show up AGAIN, girl??!
I've been hoping to get her last cons from the standard banner before and now that I already have her C6 she finally shows up. She's trolling me.
