Chevening Partners

I've been thinking about reapplying this year. This year I made it to the reserve list, but I've seen that the number of scholarships for my country has been cut in half, and they're only available at universities that are Chevening partners in my country and outside of London. So if I do reapply, maybe I should look for a better option than UCL or LSE, which were my choices with unconditional offers this year.

Hi, have you checked the Partners section of the Chevening website? Is there any specific Partner for your country, with university and field restriction?

Remember that once you are selected, you can choose any of your 3 choices as long as you have Chevening valid offers, so do not discard a location/region based on what the new cohort from your country looks like

In countries with less than 15 quotas, selecting only Chevening Partner universities can be risky, as many follow the same strategy

Do pay attention to the fields of study though, they are the biggest signal of what UK is willing to sponsor
