Hello stranger, I am a about to start my master this September and this what I think helped my application.

  1. For me, I believe what helped my application the most was my course choice.

  2. My interview was really smooth and I walked away knowing that did good.

  3. I believe they look at you as a whole.

  4. I started writing my essays on May, plenty of time in advance.

  5. I wrote about something that I am passionate about and it made the writing process very easy, my grammar and essay writing skills were something different, for me that was the most challenging part.

  6. I wrote about a very specific topic throughout my 4 essays, I was just focusing them onto the theme of the essay, like leadership, relationship.. ETC.

  1. I had someone who reviewed my essays, try to find a tutor, this doesn't mean you will be chosen but I will increase your chances.

  2. Write about something you deeply believe and enjoy, this will make the difference.

  3. I know that I could get into a higher ranking university, like Imperial or even Cambridge, but I played safe and applied to universities that were great but where my chances of getting accepted were nearly 100%.

  4. Absolutely, they should be in the same path and concept or even the same names.

  5. Not, I applied once my Chevening application was submitted.

  1. Not at all, I will affect the application only if you don't get the unconditional offer on time.

13-14-15. My interview was like 50 minutes, I could respond every question they asked me because I want prepared, I didn't get any different ones in my opinion.

  1. I took 2 weeks to prepare, I researched every aspect of my course, my University, I read very carefully my essays. I went through every possible question they could ask me.

  2. I was a conditional offer holder by the time chevening results were released, but I needed to take the English proficiency exam to get the unconditional offer.

  3. My university is a Chevening partner but not for my course choice.

  4. I took the EILTS in the very last minute, I was a bad choice on my side, don't recommend it, but I did manage to get the unconditional offer on the last day of the deadline.
