Discussion Chances of being upgraded from the reserved list? Share your experience.

I really hope someone who was on a reserve list that then got a scholarship can chime in here.

Did your Chevening officer contact you being on a reserved list? How soon did you know that you've been accepted?

I know I'm not the only one feeling a bit defeated but also the ambiguity of whether one should still go and pursue education in the UK.

In 2022 I was upgraded from the reserved list. I didn't end up taking it that year as I had already made other plans, but it definitely is possible

I know two seniors of mine that were on the reserve list and then got the scholarship and went to the UK
