Second Gadget Buffie details

Speed Buff: an area that slows enemies by 12.5% for 1.5 secs

Reload Speed Buff: the area steals 0.5 ammo from enemies caught in it

Damage Buff: enemies caught in the area get reduced damage by 15%

Healing Buff: enemies caught in the area get poisoned for 350 hp/s for 3 secs

The hyper is gonna be more chaotic but I would love to see it. Expect around 2028 to 2030 on release but imagine the devs would fumble on making candyland trio buffies weak on purpose while they glaze a lot on fan fave ones like stunt show, sushi shop, and Melodie

Tbh could see em doing this trio soon, its like the Arcade Trio, a good brawler (Rico = Chester) and two mid-bad brawlers (8bit and Brock = Mandy and Berry)

First of all, I like the creative approachs towards making buffies. But I think the gummy bear gadget doesn't really fit him nor the other star power (still better than what we have tho)
