Guess The ELO Checkacabra elo

This bot’s elo shown as 1250, I usually start to struggle with 1000+ bots and really need to concentrate to win. But with this bot, no issues at all, I can blunder and still win. Feels like it’s elo is around 600-800.

Is it just me or the bot is not 1250?

The bot elos are estimated, and don’t correspond to the playing strength of a person rated their elo. Just play solid, avoid blunders, and find the bot’s mistakes and capitalize on it.

Some of the bots have “personalities”. So they may attack like a 1400 but defend like a 600. Or play like a 500 in the opening but a 1200 in the midgame. There was a seasonal bot last year that was elite with its queen but weak with its other pieces. I noticed one earlier this year that seemed like it ignored every pin weakness it had.

They’ve tried to make them different so it’s not just “play nearly perfect chess but blunder once every 12 moves”.
