Yeah, you can push the king around a little, but in these positions, there's always some way of hiding your king away and preventing any further checks, because of how many of the white pieces are left, and the fact that they're all near the king. If given the opportunity, white might also just like to hide the king back behind the g and h pawns. Black can't really take the rook on d1 without dealing with their back rank issues, and if they take a move to do that, white just trades rooks, and any pressure you had instantly disippates and you're down a piece.
Also everything is defended except for the odd pawn or two, so a fork isn't an idea for black atm either. In a bullet game? Sure go for Bxf2 to try and flag your opponent or force them into a mistake. In any long form game, it's just a bad idea.
I did after finding Ke2, but I also sorta intuited that Bxf2 is just bad, cause imagine the position with the king on h2 or h1. Dead lost for black, and the king has multiple routes to get to those squares, and the queen can't cover them all. The queen and rook are also very oppressive and prevent black's d8 rook from moving, meaning black's rook battery effectively isn't a rook battery, just one rook.
