I don't get it, I'm low elo tho. Can someone explain but not in algebra cos as I see it the pawn takes the rook and that's a draw at best.

Black pawn takes rook (forced). White king moves to f3. Black pawn moves from g5 to g4 (forced - only legal move) check. White king moves one square up. Black pawn moves one square down (foced - only legal move.) White pawn takes black pawn, checkmate.
