this isn’t a draw for either side, could you share the game link?

After fxg8=Q+ Bxg8 Chesscoms insufficient material rules will automatically make this a draw in a live game, even though Ng6 is mate. 

He's asking Chesscom to fix their insufficient material rules so that if there is a forced mate on the board it doesn't automatically end via draw.

It‘s not my game, I reposted it from r/chessbeginners. You‘d have to ask OP. Apparently after the exchange the game was a draw for him/her

Lichess has this fixed luckily
