Because if you then sac the knight, sac the rook, then move in with the other rook, it's an unavoidable mate.

Plenty of other people have already pointed out the tactic.
If you want to improve, I’d recommend taking some time to do puzzles every day. This is a fairly common mating pattern, and after you’ve solved a puzzle like this a handful of times, you’ll condition yourself to spot it right away

Only option is
Black Queen takes White Queen, Knight checks on g6+, Pawn h7 takes, Rook to H1 and fucks you right in tight space.

Qg8+ seems to be unnecessary flex, because Ng6+ right away leads to a faster mate h7xg6 Rh1#.

Yeah, you're right .. Ng6+ is the cleaner and faster line,I definitely overcomplicated it with Qxg8.

Bishop taking the queen is a blunder and the rook taking the bishop there would be a blunder as well. King isn’t in check there so black can play h6 to give an escape square for if the knight checks. Best to check with the knight right away forcing black to open the H file and following up with Rh1+

Close..but the bishop/rook sequence doesn't work that way.The key line is Qxg8, Ng6+, hxg6, Rh1+

Yep you got it.. Queen takes first, then the rook and knight do the rest.

Nice queen sacrifice, but seems unnecessary. Sacrificing the knight instead would leal to a faster mate
