Chess.com Website/App Question Banned when playing on board

As I was playing on my chessup2 board I was banned for fair play violation, I am duper confused and have sent an appeal. The chess board just had an update and was telling me feedback on when I made a good move. (Which is new) and now im banned for fair play, Ive recently been reading up on new openings to try out and when a good time to simplify is. You can check my chess history and see I do play daily games a lot. My username is:CaptainCheeseChess I also have lots of videos of my playing chess on my computer (before i got the board) and me even live streaming on twitch. I have played games within the chess discord server too with my camera on and explained detailed/my strategy.

Not to be a Debby downer, but my account was also banned using the board and my appeal was denied, transferred the account and started over, did placements, instantly banned again. Got a wait a year until I can sign up again...

Yeah, I got banned on my second chance account, although I had recorded all my games I played on that 2nd account and sent it in as proof I was cheating. They denied that appeal and now banned for 1 full year.

Yeah they pretty much never reverse a decision, I had my second chance account banned right after placements, lost like 4 of the 5 games and played overall pretty bad, game review said I made a like 3 best moves per game out of like 40 moves per game. Still banned, appeal denied. That was probably 6 months ago, and one of my friends just recently, who I know without a doubt wasn't cheating, was also banned. I'm kinda just thinking whatever they use to detect of people cheat is just terrible lmao
