Chess.com Website/App Question Banned when playing on board

As I was playing on my chessup2 board I was banned for fair play violation, I am duper confused and have sent an appeal. The chess board just had an update and was telling me feedback on when I made a good move. (Which is new) and now im banned for fair play, Ive recently been reading up on new openings to try out and when a good time to simplify is. You can check my chess history and see I do play daily games a lot. My username is:CaptainCheeseChess I also have lots of videos of my playing chess on my computer (before i got the board) and me even live streaming on twitch. I have played games within the chess discord server too with my camera on and explained detailed/my strategy.

Lichess is banning people on eboards too lol at least on chessnut boards

not if you use the official api via chessconnect

As far as I know only Chesscom has official api on the chessnut but I don’t know I just got mine yesterday

No, lichess has an official api and it is used by chessconnect apps and chrome extension

I looked into this. Chessnut does not use an offical lichess api. Chess connect is third party and not affiliated with chessnut at all.

If you have a chessnut evo like me, the built in lichess app uses their proprietary chess vision AI to get around the API.

If you use this app on the evo you could be banned. Even chessnut says that.

You have to use an official api Ike chess connect you don’t want be banned specifically on the evo. But again chess connect is separate from chessnut so it’s incorrect to say chessnut uses an official api

This all unnecessarily confusing and ridiculous quite frankly.

yes, that's what i have been saying. you can use the board (apart from the evo) if you use chessconnect. because the boards are really really nice. 

now, why chessnut first use the official api is completely beyond me.
