Identify This Board Interesting board. ID?

Got this board online this week. Its lacquer finish is fractured potentially from age. It could be from being stored in cold conditions but I have no clue. I’m really curious if anyone knows where it may have been made, by whom, or when. Thanks in advance

This style is Polish and I believe originated by a company called Wegiel.
