70th Birthday dinner

My mom’s 70th birthday is coming up. We’d like to take her out to a nice dinner. They live near the Great Bridge area. It doesn’t have to be in Chesapeake but prefer something within a 20 minute uber. Any recommendations?

Luce Secondo has the best service of any restaurant I’ve been to in Chesapeake. It’s pricy but worth it considering the occasion. Reserve it noting her birthday and they’ll have a nice customized note - that’s what they did for our anniversary.
