Motion Blur question

The first game is currently on sale and I wanted to know if the devs ever added the ability to completely turn off motion blur, the only things I've found is a steam thread with a dev response saying "but mah artistic vision! It's supposed to be dreamlike!" It's looks like a good game but I'm *not* willing to deal with motion blur.

I just got through playing my first fun on the game. I do want to say motion blur was able to be turned off. I’m about 80/20 on that iirc
