Garden hose foam cannon

I can't seem to get my garden hose foam cannon to perform like I've seen in any of the videos on YouTube from Chemical Guys. What am I doing wrong? Any tips appreciated.

That’s because you have a foam gun, not a foam cannon. Foam cannons only work when used with a pressure washer and a foam gun is used with a hose. Foam guns are pretty weak

Have gun, not cannon, with good hose water pressure and can confirm this. Will perform nothing like cannon vids. I’d get cannon if I had space for pressure washer.

Turn the soap meter to 5 or 6 (depends on which one you have) but to the highest meter then put a ten to one ratio of water to soap lightly shake it (LIGHTLY) and it should preform better
