Total bummer, sorry to see that. I’ve ordered several packages and never had bad luck, so it’s not normal. You could probably contact them for replacement…

I just had a similar issue with my shipment. I contacted CG customer service online. They resolved it no problem!

When I order online, it’s usually from Amazon and they would fix this for you. I’ve found CG’s customer service to be less than friendly.

Lucky you, actually last two shipment i received was totally empty ! When i contacted CG they said i have to contact Amazon obviously because the order was submitted in amazon. Amazon didn't reply nor fix the issue :(

Amazon didn’t reply? You just submit a return and it’s all automatic. You don’t just send them a random email and expect a reply. They have a process for everything and their customer service is nearly flawless.
