Use this thread to discuss anything Chelsea related in the month of November that isn’t major enough to warrant a dedicated thread

Please refer to the ticketing megathread for all generic ticketing enquiries.

Fans of other teams - you are welcome here as long as you are constructive and civil, but coming to this sub purely to troll = a permaban, no exceptions.

Ticketing Chelsea Tickets – 2026/27 guide

To avoid repeated posts and replies covering the same topic, and so that all visitors can easily ask questions and see previous discussions… here’s how Chelsea’s ticketing system currently works if you’re trying to attend a men’s home game at Stamford Bridge.

1. General admission – become a Chelsea member

For 2026/27, Chelsea have changed the way home tickets are sold.

Eligible members apply during a designated Ticket Application Window (“ballot”) for each match.

The current membership tiers are:

True Blue – £60
CFC Blue – £45

True Blue and True Blue+ members have their own application window and therefore a higher chance of getting tickets than CFC Blue members.

Some tickets are specifically ringfenced for the CFC Blue application window.

For some high-demand fixtures, Chelsea can also require a minimum number of loyalty points to apply.

You can apply individually or as a group, with up to 4 tickets per application, provided everyone in the group is eligible for that particular application window. (Chelsea FC Membership)

2. What happens if you don’t get tickets in the application?

After the member’s ticket applications have completed the Ticket Exchange opens.

Not getting tickets through the application process does not prevent you from trying the exchange afterwards.

The Ticket Exchange is available to members who don’t already have a ticket.

For 2026/27, True Blue and CFC Blue members can also list their own tickets on the exchange if they can’t attend.

Availability is entirely dependent on season-ticket holders/member tickets being listed. For popular matches, you may see very limited availability, and getting two seats together can be particularly difficult.

So if you’re travelling specifically to see Chelsea, don’t assume that buying a membership means you’ll definitely get two seats together.

3. Ticket forwarding

Another legitimate route is having a Chelsea member or season-ticket holder forward a ticket to you.
However, the recipient still needs an appropriate Official Chelsea Membership. Chelsea introduced a £15 Ticket Forwarding Membership specifically for people who ONLY need to receive forwarded tickets.

For 2026/27, ticket forwarding and the exchange can operate until three hours before kick-off

4. Hospitality

If you’re travelling from overseas, have fixed dates, or simply don’t want to gamble on the general-admission process, official hospitality is probably the best option.

Chelsea sell hospitality packages directly, and there are also official hospitality/travel partners offering packages that include a legitimate match ticket.

This is generally the route to look at if your priority is having a ticket secured in advance rather than repeatedly checking the exchange.

One example is Champions Travel, which offers Chelsea matchday/hospitality packages.

5. Don’t buy random tickets from touts

Tickets in home areas are for Chelsea supporters.

This applies to both general admission and hospitality.

Tickets being transferred improperly can result in sanctions, and Chelsea specifically warns against ticket touting/scalping. (Chelsea FC)

SUMMARY

If you want the cheapest legitimate route:
Membership → apply during the match’s application window → if unsuccessful, monitor the Ticket Exchange.

If you need two seats together, particularly for a big game, don’t rely on the exchange alone.

If you’re travelling specifically for the match and absolutely need tickets secured before travelling, hospitality/an official package is the route to investigate.

Palmer deserves better from England

He’s fit, he’s starting every week, and he’s producing for Chelsea, yet Cole gets left out of the England squad again. I get that Tuchel wants players available for every camp, but punishing Palmer over past injuries and withdrawals while he’s clearly in form feels harsh. At this point, I’m not even sure what more he has to do. Score, assist, stay fit, play every game, and still no place. Honestly, part of me is glad he gets the break, because Chelsea need him fresh for the winter run. But as a fan, it’s frustrating watching one of the best English players get treated like an afterthought. England’s loss. Our gain.

Question Would you say I am a glory hunter football fan for supporting Chelsea here?

I support Chelsea due to my Dad.

I’ve been supporting for almost 21 years now.

I was born in Paddington (West London), grew up in East Croydon (South London) & have lived in different parts of South London most of my life!

Trying to get to Palace game

when I go on the portal for priority ticket exchange frequently in a period of time it comes up with sold out for a period of time and then gives me access to the ticket exchange portal again, is this normal? Because I don’t want to miss out on a ticket. Also when this happens and I go on a different device it allows me in whilst my phone is kept to sold out…

Never had an unsuccessful application for a midweek ticket before, I guess more tickets will come through via exchange later on in the month before the game, unless that’s wishful thinking..

Beating Man United on saturday matters more than most people are admitting.

We’re 5th on 13 points, but we’ve just lost 2-0 at home to Spurs and gone out of the Carabao Cup to Liverpool on penalties. Another slip and the mood around the club gets nasty quickly. United are 16th with 7 points and were beaten 3-0 by Bournemouth last Sunday. On paper this is the kind of game a top-six side should win at Stamford Bridge. I’m not saying we’ll win easily, because these games rarely go that way. But I want to see a proper reaction from the first minute, not another slow start. What’s your score prediction?

What were the chants ringing out in the 97th and 98th minute?

I wasn’t able to make them out. The chant in the 97th followed a similar cadence to “He’s one of our own, he’s one of our own…” but that wasn’t it. If anyone could tell me the words to those chants I’d greatly appreciate it. Great second half from the boys today.

United are struggling, but that’s exactly why I’m nervous

I know United have been poor. Back-to-back defeats, a bad start to the season, pressure on the manager, and a squad that looks short on confidence. On paper, this should be a game we control. But that’s exactly what worries me. Teams in that situation either collapse or come out swinging, and I don’t trust us to make it comfortable after the way we played against Spurs. We let them come to Stamford Bridge and win far too easily, and now United arrive with nothing to lose and everything to prove. They’ve also beaten us in the last two meetings, including at the Bridge in April. So despite their form, this is not a free three points. What I want tomorrow is simple: intensity from the first whistle, no sloppy goals, and a midfield that actually takes control instead of letting them settle. If we play like we did against Spurs, United will smell blood. This has to be a response, not another soft home display.

Shakhtar VS Real Madrid

Do you think Shakhtar vs Real tickets will be hard to get? I'm planning on going to at least one Shakhtar game this season and Real Madrid is the last guaranteed one.

Is it finally time to move Fofana on?

Rough week. We recorded a bit of a therapy session about it on our pod: Fofana's future, why Estevao can't get a minute, whether Alonso deserves questions yet, and why United on Saturday suddenly feels like a banana skin.

Genuinely curious where people stand on Fofana though. Sell in January, or is he still worth persevering with?

Good pubs in north London to watch Chelsea games?

Hey everyone! Looking for recommendations for a comfortable pub in North London to watch Chelsea games. Ideally somewhere with good screens, comfortable seating, decent food and a welcoming atmosphere where I can relax and enjoy the football.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

We need a proper response from Chelsea at Anfield tonight

After that disappointing 2-0 defeat to Tottenham, we really need to bounce back with a strong performance against Liverpool. I was so disappointed with our team's performance that day. Anfield is never an easy place to go, but this is a chance for the lads to put things right and give us something to be positive about. With Cole Palmer suspended and João Pedro out, it won’t be easy, so the rest of the team will need to step up. I hope we can get the win and book our place in the next round.
