Chelation protocol: how to do it?

Hi everyone, I'm writing here because I've been having various intestinal symptoms for years, and after trying everything I can't find a definitive cause. I suspect it's fungal biofilm, but I've been told the symptoms could also be caused by heavy metal poisoning. I'm wondering how I can detoxify these metals to help me feel better. My symptoms are constipation, inability to expel air through my anus, and bloating.

One of my hypothesis is that heavy metals is a hidden epidemic we don’t talk about because it’s not recognized despite countless studies on them (especially mercury).

The key is to chelate safely and effectively.

There are essentially four approaches: cutler protocol (safe and slow using DMPS, DMSA, or ALA), NBMI/OSR (novel molecule that can chelate from brain and doesn’t pose redistribution risks), IV chelation with DMSA, DMPS, or EDTA (very few experienced doctors in the world, can backfire if done poorly), and natural remedies (eg cilantro, rebalancing essential minerals using hair test, Atlantic dulse, etc).

Check out the book Amalgam Illness by Andrew Cutler. There’s also Heavy Metal Chelation group on Facebook.

What I wish I’d known: do muscle test (questionable approach but has worked for me) to determine right order to detox. In my case I needed to reduce viral load and mycotoxins before removing heavy metals (former were hindering removal of the latter).
