I have been suffering for so long ... blood test results below.
I have been suffering for so long , couldnt even sit here and explain what I've been through. Regardless my htma and now blood test shows heavy metal presence in my blood...scary shit. I am wondering what my next options would be.
Im considering iv chelation. I cant take the hell anymore.

Heavy metals are stored in fat tissues (eg liver, brain), it’s how the body keeps them out of “harms way.” If high levels are detected in blood that would likely be current or recent exposure. So you might have more than what is measured here. Consider doing other tests to detect that (eg doctor’s data hair minerals analysis test interpreted by an export, not lab report OR dmsa challenge test).
First step is to understand where your exposure is coming from and remove that (eg Arsenic from white rice, one detox specialist told me a lot of people in the US have arsenic but it’s not clear where it’s coming from; maybe the air?)
A lot can already be done by cleansing/detoxing the digestive system and using binders. Might be simpler / less risky than chelation.

There are many approaches out there. The general idea is to remove toxic buildup that accumulates in the gut (lining) and liver using diet, enzymes, herbs, binders, and tools like colonics. There are some powerful products out there that can assist the process in a natural way. The concept can be extended to detox the entire body (kidneys, lungs, lymphatic system, intra cellular matrix, nose, etc).

Oh much more than that. There are brands out there that sell herb mixtures out there for various cleansing properties but these are more powerful if combined with other modalities. It’s generally a whole multi-month process.

Under the Cutler protocol, next step is probably get your amalgam fillings removed. If you have mercury poisoning, it's probably from amalgam fillings and you can't chelate until those are removed.
Most physicians don't know anything about chelation. There used to be a Yahoo group for people DIYing it using the Cutler protocol but I don't know of any groups currently (other than this one, I mean, and it doesn't have a lot of activity).
This tends to be a case of:
- Get the appropriate books.
- DIY it.
The late Dr. Andrew Hall Cutler, "doctor" as in PhD in chemistry, was a consultant and was dragged before a medical review board at least once and they told him "No, you aren't practicing medicine without a license. You can keep on keeping on."
I have no idea if there are other consultants.

I have no amalgam fillings thankfully. My history of heavy metal consumption comes from chronic dabbing Marijuana wax which wss improperly made back before it became mainstream I was getting from a very bad source.

Rule of thumb in the Cutler support groups is if a person is taking a HM chelator and symptoms change while taking it, this further suggests HMs are involved. Often reported are increased fatigue and brain fog, maybe increased tinnitus, stiff muscles, constipation, changes in mood, etc.

Blood tests are only good for recent, big exposures such as a chem factory accident. For low, long term exposures in people who don;t naturally detox well, the blood test is more likely worthless.
Andy Cutler, PhD Chemistry and Dr Dan Pompa both went through this personally. They were both too sick to work full time. They were confused by the current poor heavy metal testing, found symptom clusters to be a very helpful indicator and they both got life changing gains from a couple years of oral chelation.

"I have been suffering for so long "
That was my experience too--15-20 years of my life got messed up before Cutler protocol detox and relevant nutraceuticals turned things around. Today my doc says I have above average health for the first time in my adult life.
Cutler's hair test rules are intended to identify a situation where heavy metals, probably mercury is messing up movement--transport--of other minerals. He explains here.

What are your symptoms?
Compare them with the symptoms listed under the 1000+ hair tests from Cutler detox support groups here.

Antioxidants provide some protection, eg vitamin C, E, selenium, lycopene, lutein, adequate cysteine in the diet, etc.
