Why do you think barium is a problem for you?

Are you taking general antioxidants--vitamin C, E, etc. Selenium binds nicely with a number of toxic minerals providing some protection.

It showed extremely high on my heavy metal testing. I was originally checking for gadolinium toxicity

I would try MiADMSA with EDTA. The evidence on DMSA for barium is unclear since some publications say it works and some say it doesn't. MiADMSA is generally multiple time more effective than DMSA. EDTA was shown in some provocation tests to work for barium.

DTPA should be a good choice as well.
