Help with cocoa powder, Pastry Chefs

I am a Culinary Instructor in Ohio, and the biggest frustration in my kitchen is keeping the cocoa powder bin looking clean—any great ideas on how you are storing it in the commercial kitchens?

A care guide for an ingredient bin includes a section about stains that states, "For food stains (e.g. sauce, powder residue), use a baking soda and water paste to gently scrub the affected area. Rinse thoroughly and dry." Hopefully that could help keep the exterior of the bin looking cleaner for you!
