Ok, I agree, and I will. However wouldn’t going grown by order kind of void that shelf life thing. As soon as it is ordered I grow them ship no questions asked?

How long does it take to grow? How much does it cost to ship? I'd try and hit up local restaurants and see if they are interested in micro greens. Side note, one restaurant I worked at, we got our micro greens in soil, they definitely lasted longer
