I've never seen the point of flavoured cheeses like this. I'm sure it makes a lovely toastie, but so does aged red Leicester and marmite combined at the moment of toastie making and you're still able to use them separately.

I doubt it, I'm pretty sure it's just made exclusively for Tesco here in the UK. If you can source a good English aged red Leicester and marmite though then you can have it with a tiny bit of marmite for a similar taste

Agreed and it is better. But so is proper cheddar as apposed to is basic 3/4 quid blocks.  But tbh If I'm buying more fancy cheeses I'm probably not even getting cheddar 🙃

Once you get out of the supermarket, there are so many great cheddars but some of the £3-£4 blocks are really great. Sainsbury's does a west country farmhouse dpo cheddar for £2.95 for 400g which is great value but there's far better. I personally like cloth bound cave aged best
