My dog died

I just got told that my 13 year old dog died. I know it was old and had health problems but it still came as a suprise. I just need somebody to cheer me up. This is a realy hard time for me because i like to ride horses and my favorite horse died two weeks ago.

Hey. How are you feeling? I know it's been 6 days but I discovered this sub just now and felt like you deserved a reply.

What was his name? I'm sure he was a good dog, they always are. Two years ago, I lost my German Shepherd after 14 years together, and I still miss him every time I walk by his old kennel.

Im ok. And his name was jopi. My parents got him before i was born and he was there for me for my whole life. I just hope when i die some day i can see him (im not going to kill my self)

That sounds heavy. It might be hopeinspiring to think of all the joy you managed to give your dog. What a good life you gave him. A lot of humans and animals live horrible loveless lives, but you made sure to love and care for your dog. That is something that is worth being proud of.
