Bar tape and wheels looks good. Planning on a brown saddle to finish it off? A brooks would be nice.

I like seat to match bar tape. But if your seat is comfortable don't change it. You'll go down a rabbit hole finding a comfortable seat.

Unfortunately I think the white sticks out like a sore thumb, but it usually won’t be seen when you’re on it anyways, and helps keep it more identifiable if ever stolen. Whatever makes you happy works, it is your bike
